C.A.T.S.’ Board is an engaged working board. Board members are expected to participate in up to 12 videoconference board meetings and up to 6 standing committee meetings per year.  Board members are expected to be timely and present at all meetings with a maximum of 2 absences from board meetings.  Hours of commitment typically vary from 3-5 hours per month.  Board members are also expected to participate in fund raising and development activities, including an annual gift to C.A.T.S. that is personally significant and meaningful.  Will you be able to make this commitment?
