Hallowheels 2025 – Costumes With A Purpose

It’s almost time for Hallowheels 2025, our biggest annual fundraiser celebrating kids of all abilities in their Halloween costumes! Each year, families, friends, and communities come together to raise funds for Children’s Assistive Technology Service (C.A.T.S.), helping us provide life-changing equipment to children with disabilities at no cost.
This October, we’ll be kicking off Hallowheels with in-person Trunk or Treat celebrations across Virginia—and then continuing the fun with our online fundraiser, where every vote makes an impact.

Families of children who use assistive technology can sign up their child to be part of Hallowheels! Registration is free. Kids will be featured in our online fundraising campaign where every donation goes towards our mission of providing assistive technology to children at zero cost.
