In Memory of Cathy R. Watkins

It is with sadness that we share the news of the passing of Cathy R. Watkins, a former member of the C.A.T.S. team.

Cathy was a part of our mission to serve children with disabilities and their families, and during her time with Children’s Assistive Technology Service, she made meaningful connections with many parents, therapists, and children across Virginia. Her dedication to helping others and her presence in the community left a lasting impression.

We recognize and honor the impact Cathy had in the lives of those she served, and we are grateful for the role she played in advancing access to assistive technology for children with disabilities

On behalf of the entire C.A.T.S. family, we extend our deepest condolences to Cathy’s loved ones — her family, friends, colleagues, and the many individuals who were touched by her care and commitment.
