- The Thera-Wedge System Includes one double-sided 17″ high contoured wedge with ankle drop-off. The wedge is 36″ long. It is 17″ wide with pre-molded sides. Overall width is 27″. The other components that usually come with this system: a 12″ wedge, straps and abductor module are not available as this is how this was donated.
