Missing brake apparatus on one wheel, and repair is being sought, but this is an old model, though in good condition.  Adjustable head rest, foot rest, seat back inclines with allen wrench to 30 degrees, Seat detaches from base and base folds.  Adjustable angle tray, seat belt and chest harness.  Seat depth is 9 in, width adjust 8 to 10 in, back height 13 in
