Friendship Circle of Virginia Inaugural Disability Expo

On January 6, 2024, Children’s Assistive Technology Service (C.A.T.S.) had the privilege of participating in the Friendship Circle Inaugural Disability Expo held at the Weinstein Jewish Community Center. The event brought together 40 vendors, each contributing to an amazing experience that not only provided valuable education but also offered a platform for members of the disabled community to establish meaningful connections.

C.A.T.S., is committed to enhancing the lives of children with disabilities through assistive technology and was proud to play a role in the success of this transformative event. The expo was a celebration of inclusivity, fostering an environment where individuals with disabilities and their families could explore, learn, and connect with various resources and support systems that aimed at enhancing their quality of life.

The expo stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and community support in creating a more inclusive and accessible world for everyone. Click on the link below to learn more about the event and see highlights from the expo.
