Roanoke Communication Loan Library moves

Under-utilized in the Roanoke Valley, the Roanoke CATS Communication Loan Library has been moved  and is now serving the counties of Russel, Tazwell, Washington, Wise, Buchanon, Scott, Smith and Dickinson, as well as Bristol City.     It is under the management of Kayla Stiltner, a special education teacher and CATS volunteer.   This resource is still housed under the Roanoke Inventory, with the stated caveat that is serving a different geographical region.
