UPDATE 8-15-2021: Hallowheels Costume Contest: Call for Participants and Sponsors

Call for participants and sponsors for Hallowheels!!! This is CATS’ wheelchair costume competition and annual FUNdraiser. This year,  we will support families in the creation of their own costumes for their child, aged 2 to 26 years, providing a starter “kit” and instructions.   We need families from all across Virginia to compete for prizes, building dream-come-true costumes for children who use any type of  wheeled mobility.  Winners will be those who raise the most money for CATS through votes for their costume on our website at Halloween time.
