Kiwanis Chesapeake Float-A-Thon

CATS was the recipient of the Chesapeake Kiwanis\’ annual Float-A-Thon fundraiser on Saturday, August 26.   The CATS 3 member team including president Cathie Cummins, vice president Beth Beach and board member Phyllis Edwards, took turns floating in a pool for 6 hours along with Kiwanis members.  Thank-you to Amy Robertson and her family for their hospitality and all the Kiwanis members for their generosity.   $5000 was raised!   This will allow CATS-Hampton Roads to start an AAC Loan Closet this fall.
