Congratulations to our worthy raffle winner at the Kids on the Move Expo yesterday in Roanoke! Five year old Christian will be receiving an adaptive bed provided through the generosity of Al Flora at SleepSafe Beds. The Expo was beautifully executed by event chairperson, Deanna Hodges, and CATS volunteers.

Despite inclement weather the Richmond CATS Equipment Scrub this past Saturday was attended by 26 volunteers including staff from National Seating and Mobility who provided expertise in assessing for repairs needed.
On Thursday, June 21, CATS participated in the Roanoke Valley’s Day of Action, and welcomed five employees of the Eaton Corporation of Roanoke out for an Equipment Scrub.
Hallowheels is rolling back into the Roanoke area in October 2018. Teams of college students create custom costumes for 6 children incorporating their wheelchairs into the design. We are currently looking for participants for this exciting event!
